Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future Edlira Late explains that the procedures in Kosovo could delay for
procedural reasons, if all Kosovo students have studied in accredited
Albanian universities.
“All programs that are accredited in the respective countries, for as long that there is a cooperation agreement, are not in a stalemate, but part of the technical procedures of this cooperation, so that we can make the work faster for the growing number of students who study in the respective countries”, Late declared.
But the more problematic issue for the students is that all Kosovo students who have studied in a time when the program had not been accredited by the Education Ministry in Albania, this diploma is not recognized by the Ministry of Education in Kosovo either.
There are dozens of institutions in Albania with the accrediting process undergoing, which makes many students with invalid diplomas.
