June 3rd. Kosovo is about to conclude an official agenda, while they
have started the technical preparations at the Kosovo National Library,
where the meeting will be held.
“These agreements make communication between the Republic of Kosovo and Albania easier every day. The third meeting will be focused on economy, environment, public administration, cooperation in security and justice”, said Sokol Havolli, chairman of the Kosovo Prime Minister.
Besides the agreement that is expected to be signed between the two countries, they will also discuss about the Durres Port, easing its customs procedures and allow Kosovo to have a sea port, although they don’t have a maritime border.
“We will discuss the possibility to create a customs checkpoint in the Durres port from Kosovo and Albania too, which would reduce the need to make inspections in Morina and Vermica”, says Qemal Minxhozi, Ambassador of Albania in Kosovo.
The meeting will be held in a round room inside the National Library of Kosovo.
