It is the second time within a year that the British newspaper “The
Telegraph” describes the real estate market in Albania as lucrative.
They mention that Albania has 180 days of sun, low living cost,
beautiful beaches and filled with Greek and Roman antiquities.
The Telegraph says the Albanian government is following political reforms that aim EU accession.
The newspaper underlines that the real estate price in Albania has increased with 20% in the past five years and they will go up if Albania will be allowed in the EU.
The newspaper compares prices with the French Riviera, where the cost of one square meter goes for more than 14.000 EUR. In the Albanian market it is about 1000 EUR per meter.
