This was verified during a report that the Socialist MPs, members of the
Parliamentary Control at the Secret Service, introduced this Wednesday
at the Commission of Security.
The group informed the Parliament about the violations found with the documentation they reviewed and the testimonies they collected for more than three months.
Sources inside this meeting say that they have found cases when people with immunities had been spied against the law.
Another violation verified by the Socialist MPs, was the recruiting procedure in this service. The report says that Visho Ajazi has illegally recruited people who have been fired in 1997 for severe violations, and the recruiting has been made against the law.
Despite the violations that were presented at the Parliamentary Commission of Security, and for which the Prime Minister will be informed, the majority does not seem ready to formulate any request for the discharge of the Secret Service Chief, Visho Ajazi.
