“After a short, but very intensive period of time for reforming the Albanian Road Authority and for creating a model of transparency and professionalism in this institution, just a few days ago, I was accused by a company regarding a procedure which I consider completely fair and legal”, Qato declared.
“Therefore, with deep gratitude for the Prime Minister, who not only trusted me with this important task, but also created the necessary conditions for full independence, I felt the moral obligation to announce my resignation”, she wrote.
