are accused of power abuse and mistreatment of minors. The Prosecution
has brought as evidence environmental surveillance and medical reports.
Due to the negligence of the caretakers, three minors have become prey of sexual abuses. The scandal was uncovered by the Ombudsman in a report they sent to the local prosecution, which Top Channel has secured. It had shocking declarations of children abused sexually and physically.
The children were interviewed by specialized employees of the Ombudsman. They confessed about violence that went beyond human capacities to understand. They were beaten with wooden sticks and even chair parts.
10-year-old girls had been forced to wash the entire institution. There has been discriminatory behavior against the Roma and constant psychological violence. The report says that three minor girls have been sexually abused during trips organized by the orphanage in Velipoja and Razma, by the children of the orphanage employees.
The acts show that the minor girls have been sexually abused a have lost their virginity. Police executed the arrest orders issued by the Prosecution for the former Director and four employees.
