The “Vetting” draft law, same as the “Decriminalization Law”, will not
be just a way to have laws that leave corrupted persons outside the
justice system in the future. It also has four applications and personal
declarations that future justice candidates will have to fill.

The first application form is a declaration of assets that allows local institutions and observers to verify the wealth information of the person in question and of his close family members.

Judges and Prosecutors found with fake data will be criminally prosecuted.

The second application form is key part of the “Vetting” law which aims to leave people involved with criminal individuals outside the justice system.

The third form is related to the professional ability of judges and prosecutors, based on their past cases.

A fourth non-binding form is a declaration through which the candidate basically hands over his privacy to the National Bureau of Investigation. In case he is appointed, the candidate who fills this form will be equipped with a special cell phone and mail address that will be accessible by inspectors at any moment.
