The 20th anniversary of FRESH

Erion Veliaj, the Secretary for Youth and Emigration announced the big project of January 15th and thanked the young members gathered at the Socialist Headquarters.

“On January 15th we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Socialist and Progressist youth. These 20 years have not been easy. Prime Ministers like Pandeli Majko have been  the pride of FRESH. The activist Ilir Zela will tell us the first launch of FRESH”, Veliaj declared.

“The main attention in these celebrations will be on the young people throughout Albania who brought success stories from Saranda, Himara, Laci and Kavaja. We have a message for the young Albanians who live abroad. Many of them who have studied in other countries, have their mind in Albania. We will have important messages from them. It will be an opportunity for showing them that they are welcomed in Albania, with their new energies and knowledge for a better work for their country. Together, with positive energy and a big refresh, will turn this Sunday into the big transformation of Albania”.

The organizers say that January 15th will mark the start of a year full of activities. This initiative was greeted by the Socialist leader, Edi Rama, who says on Twitter;

“The Re-Fresh project is very attractive. The organizers are doing an admirable job. Youth on the streets and on line, starting from January 15th”.
