The Kosovo Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci declared that the intervention in Northern Kosovo has created a series of great and
positive changes.
In an interview for RTK, Thaci underlined that the situation in the Northern Kosovo will not return as before and the status quo will not be created.
“Law and order will be established in cooperation with the international safety mechanisms”, Thaci declared.
The Prime Minister has denied voices about him aiming to run for President next year.
“I have an agreement with the citizens and they have given me their trust. As Prime Minister, I fully respect this agreement”, Thaci declared.
He criticized the Self-Determination Movement for overturning the Serbian truck and also noted that some MPs of this party have expressed their support for the northern plan.
Thaci confirmed that the secret meetings with the Serbian President, Boris Tadic, but he underlined that “other persons have been near him when PDK was in opposition”.
