Before leaving for the USA, the President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, met with Prime Minister Haradinaj.
Thaci had dined one day ago, at his house, with Haradinaj, Albanian PM Edi Rama, the Speaker of Kosovo, Kadri Veseli, and Deputy Prime Ministers Fatmir Limaj and Behgjet Pacolli.
The President didn’t comment on what he discussed with Thaci, but this meeting comes after the frequent disputes created between them, which have also affected the current ruling coalition.
The dispute are about the possible territory exchange with Serbia, in order to continue the dialogue, which has been supported by Thaci but strongly opposed by Haradinaj.
