
“Within the next week, concrete measures will be taken to solve the situation of the President’s election”, Kosovo’s Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi told to the press, adding that Kosovo’s government is not indifferent to the latest events that have taken place in the country.
Thaçi gave these comments during a regular govern meeting, saying that the government is active and is following these events with seriousness, putting as always the country’s and citizen’s interest before everything else.
Thaçi also emphasized that Kosovo government respects the Constitutional’s Court decision, same as the Presidency and Kosovo Parliament. He also added that concrete and fast measures are going to be taken, according to the law and democratic norms, to make the right presidential election.
“We, as a government and individuals with high state responsibilities, and as Kosovo citizens, are committed to take fast and concrete measures, in full accordance to the Constitution, to the laws and democratic norms of our country, so that we can continue and give a right and fast solution to our matters”, Thaçi said.
