The Council of Territory Regulation has approved a series of projects that are mainly focused in energy and tourism.
Under the direction of the Prime Minister, the Council has approved the permits for the construction of some tourist complexes in the Lalzit Bay and Hamallaj, which will be built by the “Balfin Group”, owned by Samir Mane. This area has had several conflicts, even a violent clash with the police, over the expropriation and demolition of illegally built houses.
Besides the tourist projects, the Council of Territory Regulation has approved the permits of nine small hydropower plants in several areas of the country.
