Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future Tax for old machineries reduced
The government passed the decision that was announced by PM Berisha for halving taxes on used cars, which made taxes for them higher than for used cars.
“Halved taxes for used cars, for people who have less money”, Berisha declared.
The other decision was removing the agricultural property transaction tax, a concern that was raised by the Lushnje farmers, who considered the 10% tax as an obstacle.
“We are excluding the agricultural land from the 10% tax, in order to open way to the property market”, Berisha declared.
A few days ago, Berisha announced in Parliament to legalize all constructions built after 2006. Berisha asked the aerial verification of the entire Albanian territory, which is necessary to photograph illegal constructions and include them in the new legalization laws.
This was the first government meeting with the new Ministers, after the Socialist Movement for Integration left the ruling coalition. Being with Visar Zhiti, a former politically persecuted, now Minister of Culture, Berisha condemned some declarations that according to Berisha were launched by Edi Rama:
“He declared that the Spac Prison was a great asset. Spac was a hell, but certainly, it was an asset for those of the communist block, the parents of Edi Rama. But for those who have been there, it was a hell! But time is coming and he is losing energy. My work is with the electors, not him”, Berisha declared.
