The Ministries tasked with the normative act for taking measures against
noise pollution have asked the regional directories in the Albanian
regional directories and prefectures for identifying problems in tourist
and coastal areas.
“The Prefects, as leaders of this Task Force, must urgently start working establishing and implementing the normative acts. Concrete measures are to be taken for identifying the subjects in tourist areas that generate noises. Constant inspections should be made, asking the bar owners to respect the legal framework for the time and level of allowed noises”, declared Flamur Noka, Interior Minister.
“The inspections in cases when members of the community complain, or when there are infringements of the regulation, should apply the administrative decisions and sanctions according to the legal dispositions”, declared Vangjel Tavo, Health Minister.
In this meeting was asked a special attention to the fires that have been caused in forests and pastures. The Deputy Environment Minister declared that most of the fires of this year have been intentional.
