TAP, Haxhinasto meets Azeri homologue

The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) was the focus in the meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Albania and Azerbaijan.
According to the press release of the Ministry of Economy, both Ministers declared that they support the project.
Haxhinasto declared that the gas market in Albania has great potentials and the Azeri companies are welcome.
He invited the Azeri investors to invest for the privatization and the construction of the hydropower plants, mentioning the tender for the Vjose cascade and the Skavica hydropower plant.
The Azeri Foreign Minister, Mustafayev, declared that his country sees many investment opportunities in Albania and invited Minister Haxhinasto for a visit to Azerbaijan.
Minister Haxhinasto was present in the opening of the CEFTA week, focusing on the priorities of the Albanian persidency, the facilitation of commerce and the service market liberalization.
