Tahiri: Let’s decriminalize the judiciary

Tahiri declared on Facebook that people appointed in the judiciary based on party interests, the political sponsorship and the scandalous corruption of these two decades, especially in the past eight years, which have destroyed the integrity of the system.

“I hope that this will not be the last word”, the Minister writes, maybe referring to the decision of the Court of Serious Crimes a few days ago, which rejected the facts of the Prosecution and found Arben Frroku innocent”, the Minister declared.

“But beyond the concrete facts, the lack of a public trust on the judiciary is more visible than ever, not by chance, not by mistake”, the Minister concluded.
