Tahiri challenges Court measure to not leave the country

The former Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, went today to the Appeal Court for Serious Crimes to challenge the measure that doesn’t allow him to travel abroad.

The former Minister was accompanied by his lawyer, Maks Haxhia.

Maks Haxhia said that there is no new evidence to support this measure.

The lawyer says there is no risk for Tahiri to leave the country since he has already travelled abroad and returned.
