The Prosecution needed seven months of investigations to file the
charges “Attacking the Prime Minister because of his duty and resisting
the police”, against the students who egged PM Rama.
The eight students faced charged in court today after a proetst held in November 2015. Other students gathered outside the court and said the process is absurd and political.
The Prosecution presented evidence taken from the site, including eggs and testimonies of police offcers.
The students and their lawyer are expected to demand National Guard officers and even PM Rama as witnesses.
