The Master Degree students of the “Political Theory” at the Faculty of
Social Sciences in Tirana asked the Minister of Science and Education to
remove “TOEFL” as a precondition for the master degree.
The students say that the certification of the English language is based on the new law of high education, which spurred strong debates among the academics themselves. But now the students are the one that have to face this law, and they have given their arguments why it should be removed.
The declared that their protest will continue at the Ministry of Education, and if there will be no answer, the students will sign a petition and will ask the intervention of the President and the Prime Minister for resolving this situation.
