Students will receive their Student-Cards within this year, according to
the Mayor of Tirana. This card will be a sub-product of the electronic
ticket system.
“The card will be for identification, it will serve as an electronic ticket. The biggest crisis I see with students is the way how their monthly tickets are taken by fraudulent people who make them disappear. These cards will be divided for pensioners and students”, Veliaj said.
The citizens of Tirana who own smart phones with Android or IOS will have the “Tirana Ime” application through which they will make payments and watch areas with heavy traffic.
