Still traffic problems in Vlore

After the Prime Minister inaugurated the newly reconstructed tunnel in
Vlore, one could expect traffic to be easier for the holidaymakers who
visit the Albanian Riviera.
But the police is still not allowing vehicles to enter the southern part of the tunnel, and some of them who tried, have been fined.
This investment of more than 100 million ALL was supposed to make the traffic to Vlore much easier during the summer holidays.
