The Socialist Party continued reporting the scandal of the abuses of all
Ministries with the taxpayers’ money. This time, MP Eduard Shalsi
referred to the Ministry of Agriculture, led by Genc Ruli.
According to him, this Ministry has spent 400.000 USD for an advertisement that the Socialist MP considered as electoral.
“The document shows that the Ministry of agriculture has spent 400.000 USD for advertisements in 2009 and 2011, electoral years. Everyone knows what happened in 2009, and also in 2011. In these two years, the Ministry of Agriculture has spent 400.000 USD for advertisements”, Shalsi declared.
Shalsi declared that Berisha’s governments are complaining for small budgets on one hand, and on the other they release funds for advertisements.
“This ministry also could not exclude the ‘Promo’ company of TV Klan, when another company, “Cover Media”, exactly for the elections. It doesn’t end here. We will continue tomorrow with other Ministries and their abuses”, Shalsi declared.
