SSA, 70 million USD damage

The Chairman of the Supreme State Audit, Bujar Leskaj, declared that the
abuses with public funds during 2011 mounted to 70 million USD.
Leskaj explained that most of them derive from the uncollected debts of two public companies.
During the presentation of the annual report at the Parliamentary Commission of Economy, Leskaj declared taht Albpetrol has not tried to undertake any legal step against Armo for collecting the debts.
Other SSA experts explained that the state owned oil company has not filed any case against ARMO, with the absurd claims that there are no funds for filing the case at the Prosecution.
