Damian Gjiknuri, Minister of Energy, is the only cabinet member of the reported to the Prosecution by the Supreme State Audit.
The SSA found the Minister and the State Advocate responsible for the procedure that has been followed and the negotiations that brought the preparation of the agreement with CEZ, with a damage mounting up to 479 million EUR, according to SSA.
The SSA report for 2015 made 51 criminal reports at the Prosecution, but the audit of the other ministries had report of lower levels of the administration.
Several former directors have been reported by the SSA during 2015, with the power abuse accusation. The former General Director of the Health Insurance, the former Director of the Albanian Post Office, the former OSHEE Administrator, the Director of the National Agency of Tourism Development.
The SSA has also reported the Mayors of Kavaja, Memaliaj and Patoz, but most of them are under investigation.
