SP’s Taulant Balla wants the “CEZ” case to be taken by newly established Special Prosecution (SPAK)

This investigation was started after several months of investigations led by a Parliamentary Committee.

The Socialist Majority that demanded the parliamentary investigation is not happy with the Prosecution’s decision.

For this reason, the Head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, said that this case should pass to SPAK and to the court against corruption and organized crime.
