Special Commission of Appeals removes Judge Alma Brati from her duty

Brati was confirmed in duty by the Independent Commission of Qualification, which is the first phase of the Vetting Law.

However, the Public Commissioner challenged the verdict and the Special Commission of Appeal opened new administrative investigation.

New evidence brought to this investigation have apparently been convincing enough to remove Judge Brati from her duty.
