Enkelejd Alibeaj, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for the
Discharge of the Vice Chairman of the Council of Justice, Kreshnik
Spahiu, declared that the political involvement of the HCJ vice Chairman
is a serious violation of his duties.
Alibeaj presented the program and the way how the investigations about Spahiu will be held.
The investigations will last three weeks, in which five Democratic MPs will have to prepare a report related with the activity of the HCJ vice chairman.
The investigation plan will be focused on three points: power abuse, long absences on duty and deviation of the constitutional functions, and for being politically involved.
February 15th is the date when it will be approved by the investigation commission.
