Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future A group of students and intellectuals who have studied abroad or they
have been working in different countries of the world, became members of
the Red and Black Alliance by returning in their fatherland.
The RBA leader, Kreshnik Spahiu, described their return as a patriotic act in service of the country. Spahiu also mentioned the denied vote of the emigrants.
“Welcome to the pan-national movement, which the Albanians have waited for one century. Welcome to the trench in the war against the mafia. Welcome to the national unification front, to the place where natural Albanian will be remade, from Mitrovica to Preveza. Albania is welcoming her sons returning from abroad, same as one century ago, when the heroes of this nation won the independence but were unable to create a sovereign, ethnic, natural and legal state”, Spahiu declared.
Under the motto “returning home to change the political regime” with the faith that Albania will have new RBA members, they declared that the only chance for investments, development and well-being in Albania is to break down the old elite, the most corrupted and most incriminated in Eruope, according to the RBA.
