Spahiu: Berisha forgot the persecuted people

By showing their solidarity to the former politically persecuted people,
and in the framework of their program, the Red and Black Alliance
visited the house of Ylli Asllani, who has served 15 years in prison
during the dictatorial regime.
Spahiu’s visit was to see closely the conditions of the 100 families of former political prisoners. According to him, this category of people is facing another punishment today, due to the misery in which the government has left them.
“This category is facing a new fusillation which will risk bringing them out of these cottages too. After 22 years of lies for taking their votes, these people are facing a new punishment. Today we have the right wing parties on power, and the Prime Minister, who declares himself as the representative of the anti-communism category, but we can see what category is ruling our country today. The country is being ruled by a small group of people, deriving from some families that have lied and are still punishing the Albanian society, by betraying the category of the politically persecuted people, with whom they should share power, but what power have they shared”, Kreshnik Spahiu declared.
More than 100 families live in the Partizani Sportive Complex for the last 20 years. These families that have suffered for decades, are still obliged to face a decision that demands their removal from the barracks where they live, the land of which is being requested by the owner.
