The Socialists have started a competition for their new leader for the
Tirana branch, with Sajmir Tahiri and Ilir Zela running for the posts.
The competition started with a meeting with the elected members of Units
1, 2 and 3.
The Socialist leader, Edi Rama, greeted the two runners and invited everyone to participate in a dignifying race.
The opposition leader considered this competition as an indicator of the democracy inside the Socialist leadership.
The runners presented their platforms and projects for the management of the party in the Albanian Capital. The elections will be held on March 3rd.
