The Socialist Party MP, Pandeli Majko and Erjon Veliaj, met with hundreds of emigrants in Larisa, Thesalia.

“We are part of the SP victory on June 23rd, and part of the realization of the Albanian Revival program”, declared Artjan Qirici, leader of the Socialist Party in Greece.

“Together we made possible the vote of emigrants to bring SP in power”, declared Artur Porpollogu, Coordinator of the SP for Northern Greece.

Pandeli Majko emphasized in his speech that is important that on April 7th, a day of pride for the left wing which fought fascism. We must remind even today that its role is to revive Albania. Hence, the vote of emigrants is very important. Erjon Veliaj reminded that different from the SP, which has the emigration a personal story, Prime Minister Berisha has always forgotten this part of the population.

“During these eight years in government he hasn’t found one single hour to meet with the emigrants in Greece, because he doesn’t believe in the emigration stories”, declared Erjon Veliaj, Secretary of the Socialist Party for Youth and Emigration.

Answering to the questions of the participants about the new coalition made by the Albanian left wing, Majko declared: “Come and vote for the Socialist Party, your dream”.

“Politics is nothing if it doesn’t offer a dream for the future. We are answering to what the Albanian politics is demanding. The main goal of the society after eight years is that this is the moment to change the history page”, Majko declared.

“If you have any questions about the coalitions, I will only say that if we have the majority in Parliament, this coalition will be in power with the emigrants’ vote, and this is a change”, Veliaj declared.

The fate of Albania cannot change without the vote of emigrants, who are one third of the country’s population.
