SP: Mayor lies about Property Ownership Titles

According to them, there is no permission given by the new administration, because the 124 objects of these permits had been given by the former administration led by Rama, and they were expecting the Property Ownership Titles at the Real Estate Registration Office.

“This is a big public deception that can be proved by us. We have all facts and documents, all objects that the Mayor mentioned, have already taken permits from Rama’s administration, and this is proved in the letter that he has addressed to Lulzim Basha, when he was the first Registration authority of Albania. In this letter, Rama asks Basha about which objects that had received permits from the Municipality, have taken the Property Ownership Titles. He must publish the list of objects, so that the citizens can see his big fraud. We also have the protocol numbers of the correspondence that the Tirana Municipality had with the Real Estate and Property Registration Office, regarding all objects that have received permits when the Municipality was administered by Rama”, declared the Mayor of the Socialist Councilors, Aldrin Dalipi.

In fact, the letter that Mr. Basha has sent to the Main Registration Authority, Arben Qirjaqi, the Directory of Urban Development Control has finalized the permits and has sent them to their offices for the objects that have received permits in the period 2001-2009.

The Municipality asks information for the objects that have been registered in the meantime. The statistics of the Municipality say that there are 682 permits that have been given, 267 of which have received permits, 51 are under process, 43 have interrupted the procedures, 99 have applied for legalization and 223 others have not applied for permits yet.

The first objects to be registered are the files that have been sent earlier by Rama’s administration. It is unknown if they were blocked for political reasons or for procedural violations.
