The General Secretary at the Socialist Party, Ilir Beqja, reported that
there are increased prices for goods and services in Albania.
Beqja declared that since 2005, prices of bread, rice, sugar, flour and oil has increased from 60% to 8-%.
Beqja underlined that the water prices have increased with 85%, compared to 2005.
“One KW of energy in 2005 was 55, today it is 98. Water is twice more expensive than in 2005”, Beqja declared.
According to him, the government’s declarations for increasing the economy of Albania are mere demagogy.
“Price increased with 100%, 75% and 25%. Every declaration of propaganda for increased wages is contradicted by the government’s data. Economy has grown only for a small group of people”, Beqja declared.
