Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future The Socialist Party accused the government of using the Institution of Statistics to hide the official data and cover failures.
“On 15 February should have been published the result for 2011. Berisha says that thousands of new jobs have been opened, but we don’t see them. According to what INSTAT is publishing, there are 927.400 people who work in Albania until 2012. But by the end of 2008, according to INSTAT, there were 974.074 people who were employed, 46.600 less. Who should the Albanians believe? Berisha, his administration or the reality”, declared the Socialist secretary for the political agenda, Ilir Beqja.
Beqja also declared that the government has not published the 5-year schedule. He accused the Prime Minister of lying to the Albanians that only 8% of the students abandon studies after the secondary school, since the data of INSTAT show that this number is 40%.
