We will investigate in Parliament the interconnection and fiscal stamps matters”, Tahiri declared.

The opposition is determined to not recognize the tender. MP Tahiri declared that when in power, the Socialist Party will cancel the private license for returning it to the public.

Tahiri added that the opposition cannot allow the revenues of this activity to be used as corruptive profits for the government’s clients, but is committed to use them for the social policies.

The Socialist leader, Edi Rama, declared on Twitter that the lottery tender is a clear case of unlimited criminalization by the government, which, according to Rama, is stealing a public right of the Albanians and is giving it to their clients, making them profit dozens of millions of EUR each year. Rama repeated his accusations against the Minister of Finances, who, according to him, finds pride in the fact that the state will receive 10% of the profit, when the state takes 80% of the profit from a public owned national lottery.
