SP: Environmental revival, our mission

The opposition leader, Edi Rama, accused the government of destroying an asset that has been inherited since decades.

“Our natural beauties are being misused in a spectacular way and the forest areas have been dramatically reduced”. Rama declared.

Declaring that the basic principles of environment protection are the preventive measures, the opposition leader also mentioned the massacres against the Albanian rivers.

“Digging for inert materials is the main cause of the destruction of bridges around the country. The urban wastes and riverbed destruction are very evident”, Rama declared.

The SP leader also underlined that it is necessary to recycle the waste management so that the citizens’ health can be protected. He added that the environment revival will be a priority for the Socialist Party.

“We must stop further destruction. The current politics is destroying the environment. Reviving a green Albania is the mission of our program”, Rama declared.
