SP: “Dormitory”, a corruptive affair

Socialist MP Ditmir Bushati declared that Berisha’s government officials are abusing with the public properties, considering this as another corruptive affair that is related with the European integration, a priority for which is the war against corruption.

“A private operator asked to lease a state owned object and the government was put in motion right away, involving the main servant at Tirana’s Municipality, the brother in law, the prefect, the general administrator, the private business, the Minister of Economy, the Director of Dormitories, the Director of the National Agency of Property Return and Compensation, which has made a very elegant correspondence by not on confirming but also by not denying that the dormitory building has a property ownership conflict. And what about the 100 students that actually live there?! Where will they go? Why is the public education giving its assets to the private operators”, Bushati declared.

In the tender held by the Ministry of Economy, Transport and Education was present only one competitor, which has not only won the tender, but has the right to make it a private property if the investments will surpass 100 million ALL.
