SP Councilors accusing Basha

The Socialist Councilors of the Tirana Municipal Council say that they will
follow with every means what they call the next deceit of the new Tirana
Mayor, Lulzim Basha, with the apartment building property ownerships.
They have asked the Mayor to give them the list with the 124 objects that await property ownership registration, which Basha said that he had permitted. The Socialists also demand the protocol number of the decision of the Council of Roads and Territory Regulation and the dates of the permits, together with all other details of the procedure.
The Socialists also demand the name list of the subjects that Basha has allegedly favored by giving the Property Ownership permits, which, according to Basha, they had not received so far and were held hostage by the previous administration.
They also ask Basha to give explanations in the next Municipal meeting.
After the suit for procedural violations with the construction of the Skenderbej Sqaure, in which will be implemented a new project by rejecting the existing one by throwing away 5 million EUR.
In the schedule of the next Municipal Council is the approval of a decision that authorizes these works, while they are almost over.
