The Diber Socialists introduced their candidate for the city’s Municipality in a series of meetings with the citizens.
Damian Gjiknuri, the Socialist Minister in charge of the electoral campaign, said that Muharrem Rama is not a recycled figure, as the one offered by the opposition.
Gjiknuri said surgeon Muharrem Rama’s contribution to the community is the strongest advantage for the mayoral race.
“I could have left the city, like my other colleagues did, but I stayed to serve my people in hospital and in the municipality”, Rama said.
Gjiknuri said Rama has the government’s full support for pushing forward the Diber projects.
