SP blames Berisha for failure

The Socialist Party reacted after the accusations of Prime Minister Berisha, saying that he was able to realize only four of the criteria given by the European Union, and only thanks to the opposition.

“Brussels set 12 criteria for Albania. Thanks to the opposition’s contribution, only four have been fulfilled. The European Union demands that the laws should be respected and implemented, not only to approve them in paper. This request is on the same line with the opposition. The European Union asked the high rank officials to be brought to justice, as it happened in Croatia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Romania. Our country, under the direction of Sali Berisha, has the most corrupted government in Europe, according to Transparency International. The European Union says that the next central elections are a test for Albania”, declared Milena Harito, member of the working group for the Albanian Rebirth program.
