SP: Berisha’s daughter wage increased

The Socialist Party continued what they consider a transparency of
assets owned by the Democratic Party in power, continuing with the Prime
Minister’s daughter, Argita Berisha.
MP Taulant Balla referred to the asset declaration of the Prime Minister’s daughter for 2011, saying that while the Albanians get poorer each day, Argita Berisha’s wealth increases.
“According to what Mr.Argita declared, her wealth increased with 21 million ALL. The Albanian economy in 2011 had an unemployment army of 1 million. Ini 2011, the real economic growth was 0%, while the official economic growth was the lowest in the last 10 years. THe only indicator that has increased in 2011 is the high corruption level. The Prime Minister’s daughter has increased her wealth with 21.78 million ALL”, Balla declared.
According to Taulant Balla, there is no other person with that salary in Albania.
“The Prime Minister’s daughter is paid as much as the Vice President of America. The next question is where this money comes from? According to Mrs. Argita Berisha, she has been paid 1.2 million ALL each month as a teacher”, Balla declared.
Balla compared Argita Berisha’s wage with that of other teachers in Albania.
“Argita Berisha has a salary of 12 million ALL, when a school director is paid at most 60.000 ALL each month. Mrs. Berisha is paid as 20 school directors altogether”, Balla declared.
