SP: Basha failed with Tirana

They declared that they are unable to coordinate their units with the Tirana Municipality, by not being able to profit funds, which was reflected with a non efficient service to the citizens.

Saimir Tahiri, leader of the Socialist Tirana Branch, analyzed the one year work of Lulzim Basha, considering it failed.

“The Tirana citizens know today that their city is ungoverned. Lulzim Basha has been stayin in his office for one year, when he is not traveling abroad. And even when he gets out of there, all he does is laughing. Behind him is the famous brother in law, Mon Kukaleshi. The typical character that steals cents from the printer ink, from posters, activities and permits, licenses, taxi cabs and everything that goes through the Tirana Municipality. After the brother in law there is the military man, the comical character that hits women inside the Municipality after he fires them, who seizes the carts and beer cans from the Roma, because they damage the recycling business of his clients. These are the people who hold the power today on behalf of the Tirana citizens. For the rest there is Berisha. The next elections are the opportunity to retaliate and to return hope. Let’s give to the stealers of the citizens’ vote what they deserve, to those who have the citizens vote a business for themselves”, Tahiri declared.

Tahiri listed a series of promises that Lulzim Basha has failed to fulfill, such as the tax decrease, the greener environment, the intensive meetings with the citizens, the legalization of houses and the stopping of two-shift school teaching.
