The Socialist Party deposited Monday evening another appeal at the
Electoral College, asking them to reject the Central Election Commission
no. 711.
Socialist Party representatives asked the Electoral College to review the action that CEC undertook for changing the result tables of the Tirana mayoral race.
SP Deputy Damian Gjiknuri explains the legal base of this appeal.
“The main requests of this appeal regard several elements. We are in a difficult position, because the Electoral College has not given legal arguments for that decision. We have insisted in some of these elements”, Gjiknuri declared.
