SP against Tirana’s new Regulatory Plan

Socialist Artan Lame reported the final destruction of the green areas in the capital through Basha and Malltezi.

Lame said that the construction barbarity is destroying also the cult objects, such as “Tregu i Namazgjase”, where they will build the new mosque. The Urban Plan foresees its construction also with new apartment buildings.

“It is shameful that a respectable religious will be used as a Trojan Horse to build in that area”, Lame declared.

Lame asked Mayor Lulzim Basha and Jamarber Malltezi to explain why the green areas will disappear.

“Can you explain what’s on page 128, which says that Tirana’s green areas will be the gardens of private houses and terraces of apartment buildings”, Lame declared, adding that greed is mocking all Albanians.

Lame invited Basha and Malltezi to confront them with the plan in public.

Municipality: Rama attacked plan

After Lame’s declaration, the Municipality declared that the opposition leader and Rama are politically attacking the Urban Plan, by bringing untrue facts.

The Municipality says that the plan was created in full transparency and with the involvement of the best experts, including Lame.
