Thirteen socialist deputies put their signatures on the request of their parliamentary group, for the punishment of seven deputies of Sali Berisha’s group in the DP, who caused chaos and produced violence in the parliamentary session on Monday.
The Assembly Secretariat of Ethics, after numerous debates, expelled the MPs Gazment Bardhi, Bledion Nallbati, Flamur Noka, Edi Paloka, Albana Vokshi and Saimir Korreshi from the Assembly.
Member of parliament Lefter Gështenja was also on the list of demands of the socialists, but the Secretariat did not impose any measures against him.
Top Channel’s Muhamed Veliu, reports that Korreshi was sentenced to 3 days absence by the Assembly, while the others were to be absent from 10.
In the request, it is stated that MP Gazment Bardhi “tried to hit the speaker of the assembly with the water bottle in the lectern”.
Vullnet Sinaj, the socialist deputy who was hit by opposition colleague Bledion Nallbati, in an interview for Top Channel, sees the event as ‘stimulated by other factors’.
Sinai: The action of the colleague was an action not by himself. It was raised by Sali Berisha’s situation and due to the recent actions of SPAK prosecution against his family and son-in-law. Standing now with his shoulders against the wall, he is the same person who said he would never use politics and the PD to protect his personal interests.”
“Now it seems that he has come to an end and is using politics for personal interests. I think that the action of the deputy was an action instigated by Sali Berisha. I feel sorry for the MP who can be a tool used in politics and this is one of the lowest things that a MP or politician can be used as a tool in politics”.
