Snow isolates Dukagjin

5000 Dukagjin residents in 16 surrounding villages have been isolated by snow for more than one week.
The absence of electric power and food supplies has made their life difficult.
Heavy snow precipitations have blocked the Shalles and Shosh communes. The roads have been blocked for one week and the only communication with Dukagjin is from the air.
Mali i Shoshit and Qafe e Thores are two axes that connect Dukagjin with Shkoder. The snow has reached more than one meter, and many residents have been obliged to cross it on foot.
