The leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Monika Kryemadhi, made a press release after her visit in the USA.
She said that the postponement of the accession negotiations to June 2019 a way EU told Rama that they refused him.
“This verdict changes the agenda of our delegation at the EU. This was an important moment for Albania, but it is clear now that Edi Rama’s lies don’t impress our international partners”, Kryemadhi declared.
The SMI leader said that this was a lost chance for Albania, a chance of opening the accession negotiations. For this, she blamed Edi Rama and his government.
