SMI against cameras in public schools

The Socialist Movement for Integration is against the law for putting
cameras in 3700 education institutions, saying that the cost is too
high.
“5000 EUR for every institution, means 20 million EUR. If the Minister of Education has this money, we can vote it”, said the SMI Parliament Member, Luan Rama.
Aqif Rakipi from the PJIU also opposed the law, while the opposition MP, Flamur Noka, said that the draft-law goes against the Constitution.
However, the Socialist MPs say the President returned the law because of his political position.
