The “Skopje East Gate” project was presented this Thursday in Skopje, which will be one of the biggest commercial centers in the region.
The 350 million EUR project will have 250 shops, 10 residential complexes and 5 housing residences, and will create 2000 jobs.
“This is the first projects that weaves residential and business concepts in one single location”, said Samir Mane, the president of Balfin Group, which will undertake the investment.
The construction is planned to be completed in 5-7 years, and the project was designed by one of the biggest Turkish studios, the Yazgan Design Architecture Inc, which has won a series of international prizes.
The Prime Minister of Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, said that this project will be significant not only for Skopje, but for all Macedonia.
