The Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes rejected the request of Emiljano
Shullazi, who wants to have his security measures changed and stay free
until trial.
Shullazi, Gilmando Dani and Blerim Shullazi had another session today, where Judge Dhimiter Lara ruled that the security measure of all suspects should not change.
The lawyers started this effort after a decision issued by the Supreme Court, which left the suspects in prison for a series of crimes, starting from threatening of professors.
